[spooks] 111744 whistling oddity

Sending encrypted traffic in English at this time.
US accent.   Ended now.
Control tones at the end of the transmission are those just
like used on our major DOD "airways" stations.
Must have been a powerful transmitter I was receiving both
the short and the long path transmissions  -- weird echo  (grin).
