[spooks] 111744 whistling oddity

Incidentally, I heard the same guy yesterday, again on 11174.0khz, this time
at 23:01 rather than his past two 01:0x. I do have to compensate for radio
mistune a bit so he probably is right on 11174.0.

Interesting that he has always been on the hour.

Try 20M that's a good 'international' band that offers plenty of prospects
of hearing the phantom whistlers from all over the world, except of course
Canada!
