[spooks] 111744 whistling oddity

Ok, now I know I must spend too much time in the CW subbands! (-: Having 
said that, I do often monitor in the phone portions of the various bands and 
can honestly say that I haven't heard any whistlers-----moaners, groaners 
lots of "Haaaallos" for tune up, but no whistlers.  I guess I'm missing all 
the fun!  BTW what is your ham call or do you just do a lot of monitoring 
that includes the ham bands??
