[Spooks] Unid Pip

Hi all,

since a couple of days an unid 'pip' can be heard, first on 3226 and now (2118
27-12) on 2232.5 kHz.

signal is S9 in Sweden/Finland, S6 in Austria, S5 in Scotland, S5 in Holland.
Presumably located in Russia.

Another 3-tone signal (channel marker?) is underneath.

I put a sound sample on the N&O website. The lowest (first) tone of the 3-tone
