What day of the week and time do you copy that ?

It seems to me like M08 with its figures transposed as letters (see 
http://www.cvni.net/radio/nsnl/nsnl11morse.html).

According to M08 pseudo-schedules grid 
(http://www.cvni.net/radio/skeds/output/M08.current.txt) there are some 
M08 transmissions occuring on 10125/10235/10566 kHz.
