I am certain that this was not E16. I listened today ( Friday ) at 1445 on 
16085, and what I heard was the end of the E3 transmission. The LP Tune is 
played at the end.
E16 started on the hour and had tones then the call Alpha Uniform. The 
frequency also has not been used by E16.
