[Spooks] Possible E16 (Two Letter Phonetic) Transmission Today

There was a possible report of E16 two Friday's ago, at 1445z, on 16085.
E16 has not been reported for two or so years, so this freq may bear
watching around this time today. Sadly I'll be away from my radio at
that time, but perhaps others will be able to give it a shot.

E16 was the "Two Leter Phonetic Station", along with the German language
counterpart G16 ("Papa November", etc). This was at time perhaps the
largest voice spy numbers station network in existance, run by the West
Germans.
