Please welcome our new barman: Maxwell, #1480, aka WG4L.

The new rules are: the previous barman moves backstage as Chief-Cooker.
Should you order a special dish, you may have to provide the recipe.
That can be a nice way to let other SOCers discover your favorite meal :)
