[SOC] Two new SOC shakers

Hi All,

We have newcomers for our bar show!

In order of appearance :

- Jim, #1486, aka KC1VAS, the one we may almost nickname "M. Rabbit" (French speakers would say it should be "Miss 
Rabbit" but let's not dig too deep there as we may end up with other readings of the said word o:) ) ;

- Bill, #1487, aka K0QG, the former speaker now CWing :)

Jim and Bill are our newest barmen. Geoffrey, #1484, you are moving backstage to the cooking area.
We do not know if this is a better place to be in the SOC arena but your feedback is welcome!
