[SOC] Eclipse?

We are set up on the centerline in Fredericksburg, Texas a day early…but are concerned as to how to know if night time and eclipse time are in GMT, or PST, or EST ? How will we be able to set our crocks …PM AM FM   So confuzing. And if we need special glasses to protect our eyes should we then also wear sun block?
