[SOC] Eclipse?

Apparently an ellipse goes all the way round - I looked it up on 
Google!  It says "is a plane curve surrounding two focal points, such 
that for all points on the curve, the sum of the two distances to the 
focal points is a constant" so clearly you need an aircraft not torch 
batteries.

The more I read about this, the more I realise I'm in the dark anyway
