Cancer is (or should be) serious to everybody, never to be considered as a joke, even if one is not 83, not yet.

This being said, if you refer to the scam email we have received today, you may have noticed at least one suspicious 
detail, beside the sender's email : KAØOCR which is an unknown callsign and de facto not a SOC club call.
