[SOC] scam email

I got an email this morningpurporting to come from Bob N4BPthat looks 
like another gift card scam.  This is the email:

Hello Bill K7WXW,

I hope this email finds you in good health. Are you available to assist? 
I am currently unavailable but I have full confidence in your ability to 
handle this. I would have reached out via phone, but I'm currently away 
from town with limited phone access.

*SOC - KAØOCR * needs some Gift Cards to fulfill a committed donation to 
Veterans in Hospice and Palliative care units. These cards will be 
pledged to provide preventive items against diseases given their 
vulnerability. I'll take care of the reimbursement. Do you need any more 
information?

be members of a higher class society but even *i* know that we aren't
