[SOC] Missed Opportunity

For the record:

I have an number and if the SOC gets something rolling like a contest where we have to exchange things (like numbers), I'll try to use it.  But I'm not holding my breath for anything remotely organized.

Which reminds me..

What I really wanted for Festivus was a 2" x 3" call-sign badge with a red stop sign blink'n LED that reads: 

"STOP! I'm Certified SOC!
Not Qualified to Answer Questions!"
