[SOC] Missed Opportunity

Well it's much better as a fraction, as a decimal it's rubbish. Ya can't
build pyramids or win wars using decimals. And.... pyramids were built to
the power of 12 not 10.  Now then 900 vineyards in the UK can sell wine in
pints not litres - yippee.......
