[SOC] Kenwood TS-480 HS

Hello,
I have been using the Kenwood as a base station.  I was off the key 4 years. I'm back now and have been operating about a month.  I turned the rig off one night. It worked fine.  Turned it on the next day and it would not transmit. The power supply is 41 amp and seems to work fine.  I was wondering if there is a factory reset.
