[SOC] Is it designed to do this ?

We stayed in a hotel in Maine this past summer. Our room had a Keurig
coffee maker. That didn't work either.

Of more import, we couldn't get coffee in the base lodge. (It was a ski
resort, and -get this-  even Maine isn't big on snow in July.)
