[SOC] POC Codes of Conduct

and I was always expecting lots of free time in retirement.  I don't 
know how I ever found time to go to work.

Grandkids really demonstrate how quickly time passes in old age. One 
minute you're leaning over the moses basket offering them $50 to stop 
crying and the next minute they roll up in an M series BMW 330 :-O
