this virus has given me more time to do radio, in fact i just put an outboard crystal filter on my NC125 using FT241 xtals from WWII, and equalized the gains when i transmit so now i only have to throw 3 switches (taped together)  between receive and transmit. CQWPX here i come!!!  surprising how long my ARC5 VFO/keyed MOPA and parallel 810s have worked without any fuscling necessary  of course running only 100 watts the 810s will last longer than i will. i hear a lot more activity on 80/40 cw, like 5 or 6 stations when a few months agi there were only 1 or 2 going at it mike w7dra on the virus, my son in law says get it later in the pandemic not earlier, spend at least a half hour outside at noon with your shirt off (pants optional) in polio remember them rolling the beds outside in the sun every day at the hospital?
