[SOC] I'm confused now

 That guy on tv ... He keeps saying "only play with what you need "
The guy in the yellow shirt & with the big bird. They have been
showing those two at least once every 30 minutes on tv and
more often on our local radio station.
 Its obvious that he's not into ham radio, the more radios you
have the better off you are my humble opinion. I just dont
get it, "only play with what you need " makes no sense.
