Thanks for your all support and advice. No, not really much damage, just
pulled down a gutter and scraped down a couple of shingles. And yes I have
other trees back there. In fact, I was thinking of removing the very
biggest tree because it is so close to the house. So the antenna can go up
there, until it (the tree) is removed. Then I have another tree further
back and just about as high. So I am good that way. Also, I have a trap
vertical for 40-20-15-10 which works on 40 but not so much on the other
bands. Using now the trap vertical.
Please keep the SOC advice coming in. Can we have a 40 m net sometime soon?
