[SOC] We need some stinkin' badges!

Was browsing the site of "The Sign Man of Baton Rouge" and saw his list
of all the clubs he has made plastic name badges for.

We need to proudly display our status in the SOC at all the hamfests we
attend.  Membership certificates are nice but we need some stinkin'
badges too!
