[SOC] To be SOC or not that much

I try hard to maintain the high level of professionalism that SOC demands
of its members.

I propose, that during Field Day, if you make a QSO with N6F (which is what
we will be running), I will take one (1) shot of booze for each QSO made.

All vomit covered qsl cards will be mailed to the SOC recipient who made
the contact.
