[SOC] SOC Mailing List - We have lost contact with some members

I believe Sandy Blaise W5TVW has passed away or is in a nursing home, he
was absolutely devastated by the loss of his dear loving wife, about two
years ago.  I talked to him then and I've actively tried to find him, his
phone no longer is valid, email bounces, no death notices.  He was or is a
wonderful human being.  He was ITT MACKAY Depot Chief for New Orleans, LA
and I called for his services once when in NOLA.  A wonderful man and he
sent beautifully on his bug.
