[SOC] To be SOC or not to be SOC

Hi all,

It comes to our ears that some of you are wondering if it is still possible
to qualify for a SOC membership.
We have been pleased to understand that most of you are not sure about the
exact answer : those falling in this category are overqualified to be SOC,
congrats!
And then we have received news from a member sharing on a public place
Secret Information a SOC member should NEVER reveal : the answers to some
of the SOC entry exam.
We have choosen NOT to share with you his name for this member does not
deserve becoming (in)famous! But we, at SOC HQ, are thinking about a severe
punishment. Stay tuned...

Some of you may get annoyed by sp***m coming from the SOC Mailing List.
We, at SOC HQ, can understand that even if, to some point, if you have
joined SOC, it means that you have agreed to the terms of application.
Nevertheless, please remember that, instead of receiving individual emails
from this ML, it is still possible to either receive a Digest Email or no
email at all (while remaining a subscriber to the list so you can post).
If needed, Technical details to do so are available at the Secretary Office
(working hours : 1153pm till 0002am every 29th of Feb - Fridays only)
