[SOC] Striking resemblance

We thought she had a remarkable resemblance to "The Wicked Witch of the 
North or was it the West", Ice Maiden and all that.  Maybe Joan was 
exasperated because 70 megs  was full of aircraft "noises" and 45 Megs 
full of European TV "noise" too, it is that long ago.
