[SOC] There's something strange going on . . .

RBN is treating me the same.  Seems our stopping point at least for me, is
at 1400 miles.  VE7 and VE6.  And QRP just does not get heard.  The 1400
miles was established with about 80 watts and a KLM at only 22 feet.
Cranked down due to the 50 mph winds..

I am kinda getting tired of this five years of poor propagation.  Really
tired.
