Final result = 104 * 162 = 16.848

Conditions were worse than during the EU HF Contest but that's the game of
radio/life!

As previously announced, TM0SOC is a pure 2nd Class station so :

a) total operating time is far from the allowed 36 hours ;
b) the QTC system has _not_ been used ;
c) miscopied reports are to be expected so final score will be lower than
the claimed one.

To be noted: a special QSO have been achieved on 11-AUG-2019 / 2104Z / 20m
: W1SOC and TM0SOC have made it.
