[SOC] Membership Certificates

Thanks for QSLs on my little blurb. 

If any of you are old like me and been licensed for 60 years or longer: I have a DIY certificate like Bill. 

When I was licensed 20 I sent to ARRL for my OTC. When I was licensed 40, I sent my money to OOTC and received my certificate. When I reached 60, there wasn’t one. Go to OOOTC.org and you’ll find mine. DIY.
