[SOC] Membership Certificates

It's been too many years since we've offered SOC membership 
certificates.  So I've come up with a typical SOC down and dirty 
solution.  I have a blank certificate complete with coffee stains ready 
to add member information and send by e-mail.  The result is an 
unsuitably suitable certificate (un?)fit to print, frame, and display.
