Interesting that they are separated by 35 kHz. Intermod products due to
overdriven transmitter or overloaded receiver?  How wide a bandwidth?
Possible normal ham digital mode by a very local ham station?  Go
outside and look for large ham antennas nearby, ignoring your own.
