[SOC] The ARRL Handbook vols. 1-6 just for us old folks

Recurring theme here maybe? Members leave the ARRL due to being
disenfranchised for one reason or another. ARRL claims fewer licensed
hams & gets the testing process simplified. New batch of hams gets
disenfranchised & leaves the ARRL. Rinse & repeat.
