Sorry.  This list is only for posting silly jokes or offering yourself
up to be verbally abused by the other list members.  At least that has
been my observation over many years.

If you really need help with the list, please read "The Mailman's User
Guide". The link to which appears at the end of each message immediately
after the word "Help"

I believe your "username" would be the email address to which your
messages are sent.  The Mailman's user Guide explains in detail how to
retrieve your password. If you still need help after reading the
Mailman's User Guide, please don't hesitate to ask here for more
detailed instructions.

You might rethink your decision to change over to digest format.  Using
digest format with many email clients, it is difficult to reply to
individual posts.  You might also try to filter the SOC messages into an
SOC folder on your email client so that you will only be bothered with
reading those messages until you choose to do so.

Password caching programs can be your friend.
