[SOC] no more OO's

I know, Ray.  Your attitude, like mine, and most OOs I knew only did it 
to help others.  No glory, no need for thanks
and, also, I did receive thanks.  I am glad none of my appointed OOs 
were radio cops, just fellow hams trying to help.
