[SOC] no more OO's

i look at OOs as i look at the washington state emissions test we have to go through each year to get our car tabs, someone looking at our car for 15 bucks to see if the engine is runnig properly. Os the same way someone making sure our second harmonic is not too high, which we might not know, and our chirp level (which we do know, thank you) mike w7drqa

After getting yet another OO notice for having chirp on my CW signal, I
contacted my ARRL  representative and demanded that something be done
about these useless notices.  It didn't take long for action to be taken.
