[SOC] ARRL panic

What with the mess they're making of the 'Parity Act' wording, this
takes the biscuit (Or, as opposed to And)!

All the RSS news I see about the ARRL & RSGB seems to indicate panic and
either declining membership and/or pretending it isn't (declining, that
is). 5 year plans? Sounds familiar.

Who says snakes only speak with forked tongues?
