Sorry - you didn't make the grade to Second Class Operator. But wait,
there is still hope.
But really, did you apply? I am not part of the administration of the
club. I just applied and they gave me a number.
I think that you might just apply to the club to become a member.
Or do you subscribe to the notion that "Any club that would have me as a
member, ...."
