[SOC] ARRL publication no where to be found !

It is pretty bad when we have two call up our neighbor down the street and
set up a schedule to work each other for lack of anything else to work.
Although I'm not sure the band would be open across town the way things are
going. When you find the article please share it as you and I are in
desperate Straits.
