 Sometimes after working a Russian on on hf. I see
them on Qrz.com not wearing a shirt. Putin does this too
in public. Why are they doing this ?
 I've emailed this question directly to the ARRL but
so far no response. If I went shirtless on my bio
at qrz.com, it would certainly create a visual disturbance.
