So I received the  ARRL Letter
<http://www.arrl.org/arrlletter/?issue=2017-11-30> today and see that it
contains information on the public censure of the Southwestern Division
director.  I rejoice that I will finally understand the details of
exactly how this drew the Board's collective decision making into
disrepute.  But unfortunately the details are not to be found in this
ARRL letter to the members, nor are the details to be found in the link
they provide to the minutes of the special ARRL Board of Directors
meeting

It's almost as if the ARRL doesn't want you to know the details.
