Soo true ! Recently completely by accident, I noticed pieces of
discarded Hewlett Packard test equipment, about 1970's vintage.
Icons from a by gone era. One of the items had been cannibalized
for parts, they left this beautiful multi-ganged capacitor, machined
reduction drive that turns soo smoothly. There's thick metal surrounding
these components. Craftsmanship.
Someone, spent a lot of time engineering and constructing this
equipment. Such a shame to see it in the rubbish.
Big plans for these components, I'm dancing in the streets.
