 Told my xyl I'd get some stuff done around the house thisweekend after the Bug Roundup operating event was over.I'm so wound up using my vibroplex bugs I cant stop.Last night at 06 utc on 20 meters got into a long ragchewqso with the flagship station of the bug roundup event W6SFM.Everything was discussed, how the 17 hours of daylight herein Alaska effects hf propagation verses lower latitudes, mydog, antennas, dx stations W6SFM has worked today. Yeahreally cool ragchew cw qso, I realized I've polished offa 6 pack of ipa's and its 07 utc.  Woke up this morning to a 15 mtr Qso with N6EV Paul and he's using a key from the Civil War era. (I'm serious)It is a Tillotson Arched Camelback key 1865 vintage. Unreal, blows my mind to work a station that's using a150 year old key and it sounds great. I gotta get backto my radios. Somebody is calling cq ... somewhere ...
