[SOC] Strange phenomenon occurring ....

 Several times today I've responded to stations calling CQon 15 mtrs cw. No response or any indication thatthese stations calling CQ are actually there. I'm convinced that long delayed echoes are occurring today on 15 mtrs cw band segment. By the timeI'm responding to the signals I'm receiving, the operatorthat sent these signals are probably out having a pizza or watching a favorite tv show.  This must be driving the skimmer robots crazy.
