When I saw the signature (11, Juan NOC #1) I thought that the '11'
was from the Phillips code as the '73' and '88' are.
There is no '11', but although we have a lot of good Q-signals to cover
many of the numbers in the Phillips code, we might use a couple of them
such as :
17- Lightning here
21- Stop for meal
I do not recall seeing these in the Q-codes.
