Ahhh, better.  Had QRM (whatever that is) on my receive eMail
from Bob.. Thought he said he was holed up in the State Pen.
By the by, we might want to recruit from the state pens as the
inmates are definitely SOC...Broaden our base. Seeing as how the
FCC is basically handing out ham licenses, we should not
require one. Don't need an ID to vote in CA. No ID for SOC?
