[SOC] WSOC

On my way home on the bike to SFL after attending WRTC near Boston and 
the ARRL Centennial in Hartford.  Now holed up in a motel in 
Statesville, NC watching the wx report on WSOC-TV9 in Charlotte.  They 
do a good job of reporting, but therefore are a poor representative of SOC..
