They claim to slow down for those who need it, let's find out.  But
here's a tip:  Listen to a their QSO's with a couple of stations first
until you're able to copy their name.  You can be 99% sure the RST will
be 599 - even if you're running QRPp.  :-)  All you need is their call, 
your RST, and their name for a good exchange.
