[SOC] club station

[KC5NXA Radio Club]

I wonder if a club can be a SOC  member? I mean our club is definaly second
class.. it is 19 years old and never done anything.. even our company sold
out and moved up north somewhere.. In fact the club was in the Flying Pigs
CW Sprint Sunday and guess what .... yeah---- second place...
