I want to get started on the paperwork for K6SOC.

To get the initial license, I need:

Signature of responsible club official

Responsible? Damn.  Which of the club officers wishes to fake being
"responsible" and will sign/mail my paperwork for the benefit of those SOC
in California.  I'll even put an addressed envelope in with the app so it
takes almost zero effort at all!
