[SOC] School 1950 Vs 2012

Scenario: (True Story)
Myself, Mark and several other friends go out to the country the weekend 
following getting their drivers license to celebrate with beer purchased 
by an older friend.

1950s   Deputy shows up, makes us drain out all the beer, parks the car, 
takes the keys and makes us all walk home with him in tow; thereby 
allowing our parents to deal with us. We learn our lesson and never do 
that again. I think we would have preferred to spend the night in jail.

2012    Deputy shows up, arrests the driver for DUI, every one else for 
public intoxication. The person buying the beer gets arrested for 
Contributing to the Delinquency of a minor. Family services gets 
notified and all kids are placed in an alcohol and drug abuse program.
